Jōbu Ramen offers noodle bliss in Columbus.
They are the only ramen restaurant in Ohio, serving a variety of noodle combinations, house made kimchi, BBQ kimchi burritos, and five spice kara-age wings. All Jōbu Ramen dishes are made from scratch using local ingredients.
After a trip to the Bay Area, owner Michael Kopfman decided to bring his newfound passion for the Asian street food to Columbus. Teaming up with John Franke (another Columbus based restaurant owner), Jōbu Ramen opened its doors last May to guests and noodle enthusiasts. “I wanted to expand the Columbus dining scene by adding ramen to it,” said Kopfman.
Lavu iPad POS was able to help Jōbu Ramen start their business and create an authentic noodle experience. Robust reports and accounting were important selling points for them.
